We are licensed and based in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We work with clients in the UAE and the wider region, and can support international clients with interests in the region.
For consultancy, we usually agree a fixed fee for a defined scope, or a retainer for ongoing support. For brokerage, we agree a commission or fee in writing before any introduction is made. You will always know the cost before work begins.
Yes. The first conversation is an opportunity for us to understand your situation and for you to decide whether we are the right fit. There is no obligation.
We treat all information as confidential and are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before you share sensitive details. Information is only shared with the people who need it for the assignment.
No. We provide maritime consultancy and commercial brokerage within the scope of our licence. When an assignment needs formal legal, classification or survey opinions, we coordinate with appropriate independent specialists.
No. We do not own or operate vessels or move cargo. Our role is to advise and to broker, which keeps our view independent.
It depends on the scope, but we aim to respond to every enquiry promptly and to propose a scope and timeline soon after our first conversation.
